We are the face of health care in three British Columbia communities where we have hospitals, clinics and community health services. Our goal is to professionally serve the First Nation and other residents who live in these spectacular remote and rural settings.
Meeting the challenges of delivering effective rural and remote health care can be rewarding in many ways. The child you see in the playground you know you helped save. The woman at the post office had a bad accident and made it. The person you see at the grocery store today might be in the Emergency Room tomorrow.
